左肩の痛みは少しずつ軽くなり、回復したようです。でも、今回の痛みは本物の四十肩の前触れかもしれないので、ストレッチは続けていこうと思います。これとは別に、神戸市の奨励に応えて、乳がんと子宮頸がんの検診を受けました。神経質になることもないけれど、年齢相応の用心をしておこうと思います。

Prodrome?
My left shoulder has gotten lighter gradually and seems to
be recovered, but I will continue a regular stretching since this could have
been a prodrome of a real frozen shoulder. Besides this, I had screenings of breast
and cervical cancers responding to encouragement by the city of Kobe. There is
no need to be too sensitive, but it is a good idea to be careful appropriately
for my age.
