2、3日前から左肩が痛くて、うまく動かせません。これといった原因も思い当たらないことから、四十肩ではないかと思います。無理のない範囲でストレッチなどをして、少し様子を見てみます。これが年を取るということなのでしょうか…。
Frozen Shoulder
My left shoulder started to ache a few days ago and I have
difficulty moving it. I suspect it is a frozen shoulder since there is no
particular reason for such pain. I will see how it goes while trying out some mild stretching. Does this mean I
am getting old…?
