私ね 人から
やさしさを貰ったら
心に貯金をしておくの
さみしくなった時は
それを引き出して
元気になる
あなたも 今から
積んでおきなさい
年金より
いいわよ

Mrs Toyo Shibata, whom I introduced here the other day,
passed away on the day following my post. Here is my favourite piece from her
work:

When I am given kindness
I save it in my heart
When I feel loneliness
I withdraw some to cheer me up
Why don’t you start saving now?
It is better than social security
