女友達と一緒に初めて宝塚に行きました。観賞したのは、名作『ベルサイユのばら』です。70年代に漫画作品として描かれたラブストーリーが、宝塚では全て女性によって演じられています。テレビやポスターでしか見たことのなかったタカラジェンヌたちの姿を目の当たりにして、気分も盛り上がりました。豪華なメイクや衣装、見ごたえのある舞台設備、そして何より観客を惹きつけて止まない役者たちのパフォーマンスは、世界レベルと言えるのではないでしょうか。
The Rose of Versailles
I went to the Takarazuka theater for the first time with a girlfriend.
We saw one of their masterpieces, “The Rose of Versailles.” This love story was written as a Manga work
in the 70’s and it is being played by all female actors at Takarazuka. I was so
excited to witness “Takarasienne” whom I had seen only on TV or on posters
before. I would describe the theater as world-class, including their gorgeous
makeups and costumes, spectacular stage setting and, above all, the actors who
keep attracting audiences with their performances.
