神戸で暮らす楽しみのひとつは、私の場合、美味しい洋菓子です。東灘区に数ある有名店の中でも、特に素晴らしいのが「御影高杉」さん。遠方の家族や友だちには焼き菓子しか贈ることができないのは残念です。先日は神戸らしい上品なお友だちと一緒に、サロンでしか味わえないミルフィーユを楽しんできました。あと何回行けるかしら…。

One of many ways to enjoy living in Kobe, in my case, is to
eat delicious cakes. “Mikage Takasugi” is an outstanding patisserie among many
famous competitors in the Higashinada district. It is a pity that I can only
send gifts of baked goods for my family and friends in the distance. I enjoyed mille-feuille,
which is available exclusively at their salon, with my friend who is a typical
elegant Kobe lady. I wonder how many more times I can visit this place…
