水耕栽培の豆苗（グリーンピースの芽）を買ったとき、パッケージに「根を水に浸しておくと育つ」と書いてあったので、試しに育ててみました。太陽の方を向いて、毎日少しずつ伸びていく健気な姿が可愛くて、愛情も芽生え始めたところでしたが…。今晩のサラダに食べてしまいました。アーメン！
Sprouting
When I purchased a package of hydroponically-cultivated
green pea-sprouts, I saw an instruction of how to raise the vegetable with
left-over roots and I decided to try it out. The tiny green leaves and stems
grew to the sun every day and I started to feel some sympathy toward them… But
I was cruel enough to have them as salad this evening. Amen!
