今夜、エリックがサウジアラビアに向けて発ちました。また、英語教育のカンファレンスに出席するためです。日本に残る私も、少しばかり中近東の気分を味わうために、ファラフェルを作ろうかな。
＊ファラフェルとは：ひよこ豆の粉末とハーブやスパイスを混ぜ、丸めて油で揚げたベジタリアン料理。私はこの食べ物をアメリカで知りました。
Falafel
Eric left home for Saudi Arabia this evening to attend
another conference of English education. I am staying home, but maybe I will fix
some falafel for myself to enjoy a little taste of the Middle East.
*Falafel: these are deep fried vegetarian dumplings made of
ground chickpeas, herbs and spices. I learned this food in the States.
