エリックが長い夏休みを利用してバッファローに里帰りしています。今回、私が同行しないことにした理由は、5日間の休暇中には身体を休めたいことと、今月後半のアメリカ出張に備えたいと思ったことです。自分のための料理は普段より簡単に済ませながらも、エリックの苦手なキノコや海藻類を楽しんでいます。
Time to Rest
Eric is visiting his family in Buffalo using his long summer vacation.
I am not accompanying him this time because I want to rest physically during my
5-day vacation and I also want to prepare for a business trip to the States which
is scheduled later this month. I have been enjoying mushrooms and seaweeds, neither
of which are Eric’s favorite food, while keeping my cooking simpler than
usual.
