神戸に来て約4年。毎年のように冬の寒さが厳しくなっているように感じています。この季節の自転車での通勤や買い物は辛いときもあるけれど、もし車があったら運動しなくなってしまうので、これはこれで良いのかもしれません。外出するときには、帽子とマスクと手袋と…、大きい声では言えませんが、腹巻を着けて靴下も重ね履きしています。

My Secret
I have lived in Kobe for almost 4 years and winter here
feels colder every year. It is sometimes tough to use a bicycle for commuting
and shopping in this season, but it is okay. I may not move enough if I had a
car. When going out, I wear a hat, a mask, gloves… and a belly-warmer and
double socks although I cannot say it in a loud voice.
