この季節はまだ日の出が遅いので、朝焼けを見る機会があります。ピンク色の雲を見て思い出すのは、バッファローの老人ホームに勤めていた頃のこと。朝食の配膳に間に合うように出勤すると、車の窓からきれいな朝焼けが見えたものでした。同じ太陽、同じ自分のはずなのに、ずい分違って見えるものです。
Morning Glow
Since the sun rise is still late in this season, I
occasionally have a chance to see morning glow. Pink clouds remind me of the
time I worked at a retirement residence in Buffalo. I used to see beautiful
morning glow on my way to work for breakfast service. Things feel pretty
different although this is the same sun and I am the same person.
