昨日から約1週間の予定でエリックがラオスに出かけています。また今回も色々面白い体験をしてくることでしょう。私は仕事が忙しいので、食事の支度などで手抜きできることを密かにありがたく思っています。非常食として購入してあったインスタント食品が賞味期限に近いこともあり、一人でこれを食べています。
Emergency food
Eric is away to Laos for about a week from yesterday. I am
sure he will have a lot of interesting experiences again. I am secretly grateful of his absence since my
work has been busy and I can cut corners in cooking and other housekeeping for my
lone self. I am eating close- to-expiration instant food which I had purchased
as emergency food.
