明日からの消費税の増税を前に、人々が日用品などを買いだめする様子を見ました。我が家は収納スペースが限られているので買いだめはできません。せめて冬物をクリーニングに出そうと思ったら、今日はずごい行列だったので、残念ながらあきらめました。
I saw people shopping to stock up on groceries before the consumption tax goes up tomorrow. We cannot buy a lot since we have limited room to store things and I wanted to take our winter clothes to dry-cleaning at least, but I had to give up after all. The queue was too long today.
