最初は職場で教えてもらったのですが、ここの湯葉豆腐が大好きです。お豆腐としては高価なので、たまの贅沢としていただきます。湯葉豆腐のもっちりした食感と濃い豆の味は格別です。また、抹茶やマンゴーのデザート豆腐も控えめの甘さが美味しいです。今年も母の日と父の日を兼ねて、両親にも贈りました。
Yamaguchi Tofu
I learned about their yuba-tofu (tofu with soy milk skin) at
work at first and now I am a big fan of it. I allow myself to have yuba-tofu
only once in a while since it is fairly expensive for tofu. The sticky texture
and strong bean flavor are extraordinary. Their dessert tofu is also delicious with
modest sweetness of green tea or mango flavors. I sent some of their tofu to my
parents as a gift for both Mother’s and Father’s Days again this year.
