両親が神戸に遊びに来ました。狭いアパートに泊まっていってもらいました。天気が良ければ桜を見に行きたかったのですが、雨のために実現できず。その代わり、家でゆっくりお茶を飲んで、一緒にテレビを観て、心温まるひとときを過ごすことができました。
写真：たい焼きは餡と金時芋の２種類を買い、仲良く４人で分けました。１個１４０円。
Spring in mind
My parents came and visited us in Kobe. They stayed overnight at our tight apartment. I wanted to take them to see cherry blossoms if the weather was nice, but we could not make it because of rain. We enjoyed tea and watched TV together at home instead. It felt warm in my mind.
Picture: I bought two different kinds of taiyaki, one with azuki beans and the other with sweet potato, and shared them between the four of us. 140 yen (about $1.55) a piece.

たい焼き = taiyaki: sea bream shaped pancake (s), usually stuffed with azuki beans
